Sponsor order Artwork Note: All files should be sent to scale (with no bleed) in either pdf, ai, or eps format. We recommend all raster artwork to be saved at minimum 150 dpi in order to ensure print quality. If you have vector files for your art please send those over instead of rasterized files, as vectors will ensure the highest print quality.

The maximum size for individual files is 150MB. If we receive any files larger than 150MB we will ask you to resend the art as a smaller file.

Cut off Date for Banner and sign Order- August 1st, 2022

Any order after this date is possible untill 18th, 2022 but a rushed prossesing Fee will be charged upon Order.
